Refund policy
We hope you love your items, however for some reason you don't we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. *This is for non personalised orders only*
There is no extension for Holidays so please check once received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, inclusive of outer packaging box.
In the event of damage to the packaging there will be a £4 deduction made to the return . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thewinterclub.co.uk , to notify us, return postage is the customer's responsibility - we suggest you use Tracked mail service.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We inspect every item prior to postage, which includes the item being steamed and pressed. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item appears defective so we can address this with the manufacturer and make this right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the business personalised items cannot be returned, unless these are defective.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item. Returns are the customer responsibility for mail fees.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
