Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for courier service which aims to deliver orders within 3-5 days following postage.
Please note we can only ship orders to the address provided at the time of your order as this directly links to our Royal Mail account which automatically generates postage labels.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a £4.00 Royal Mail flat rate shipping to areas in the UK for orders under £105
For orders over £105 shipping is free of charge.
Shipping is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class and must be signed for to the address specified on the order.
Please allow for delivery times of 14 days for garments to be created & shipped- Please note additional time may be added during busier periods such as Christmas. Social Media and the Website will clearly state this- Please take note.

In-store pickup
The Winter Club offers an in-store pick up service - once per week on a Tuesday 6-7pm Please note this is the only in store pickup time available. You must bring your email confirmation to receive your item. The in store pickup is based at The Winter Club, 9 Horsley Hill, South Shields.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been sent out for delivery details will be available via a tracking number.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us at info@thewinterclub.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into this for you.
